My Jeep failed the emissions test in Washington state, and I was wondering if I did 2 diagnostics tests could I avoid paying for actual repairs and get a waiver?
no calif has a similar hardship law.you need to spend the money in a certified shop, and cant be used to install missing or modified parts.labor doesnt count.in cal it was $800 in parts and same rulz.start figuring out labor, its cheaper to junk a car.
